Hello I bought 2 pairs of shorts for my husband’s birthday on Sept 14, when we received them they unfortunately did not fit. Since sept 26 I have been trying to return/exchange, Without success. There seems to be a glitch on the website and every time I try to start a return it tells me my order is still pending (even tho I have received it) it also does not allow me to print the return label. I have sent a couple emails to support with no response. Can someone please contact me so I can get the correct size shorts for my husband. ? Thank you Katy Dougan
