Ordered a driveshaft for my truck. Message the company after trying to get it from fedex. Came damage and no longer in a box. Get a response back saying to file a claim with extend. I do and it gets approved but he pre paid debt card is only good to reorder from site I bought the part from. Sent a message saying I wanted a refund and I didnt want to reorder the part. Said a refund would be issued once the part was received back its. They got a back sent a few emails saying it was back and to refund my money and no response back. Probably the worst customer service ive ever seen.

Was having a problem finding a part. Looked at 3 to 4 sites, but descriptions were vague. Called you and customer service representative was not much better Had to pry info out of him. Putting part in tomorrow and hoping it right.

I bought what I thought were OEM packs of Ford starter mounting nuts, mounting studs and bolts. These packs are all sold is sealed bags of four bolts or four nuts each. It's the only way Ford sells them. So when I selected "one" of each. I thought I was ordering four bolts, four studs and four nuts. What I got was three opened packages, each with all but one of pieces removed. Luckily, I was able to re-use one of the two original mounting bolts that wasn't in too bad a shape, otherwise this would have been a one star review. In the end, it worked out and I'm still giving four stars because the price was right. But something about the way this was handled rubs me the wrong way.
