Lack of communication and no phone number to contact
The day after I placed my order, I got an email saying the order status was pending but then I never got another email for over a week. I have to get into the website to discover that the item was "Unavailable - Backordered" but it would not tell me when to expect it. Backordered could take anywhere from several days to several weeks or months! There was no phone number to call and get more info either. I was ready to cancel my order when I got an email saying it was shipped. Better communication on the order status would have been very helpful.

Poor communication, inept shipping. At least I was refunded, minus what I paid for shipping for the part which I never received. I wouldn't purchase anything here again based on my first, and only, experience.

Ordered a mirror, they canceled due to shipping problem.
Ordered a side mirror (4”x8” x 1-1/2”) then 2 or 3 days later I get an “update” saying they can’t ship large or bulky items, skid plates, bumpers etc. and that my order has been canceled. Made absolutely no sense, and was overall a disappointment and waste of time.
