Ordering was easy, but due to not having all the correct products ended up having to make 3 orders. Whilst making the order for the sq feet of decking it would be very helpful for Dream decking to provide how much fixings and finishing products would be required for the amount of decking ordered. This I would have found helpful when placing my order, as I didn't order the correct amount, this required me to make 2 seperate additional orders which did infact cost me extra for each delivery. In total had 3 deliveries. A feature for recommended items and amounts would be very useful if this is added to the Dream Decking site.

Dream Decking were extremely helpful during the ordering process. The delivery date was earlier than scheduled which was very much appreciated. This is a very professional company with helpful staff.

These add to the ease of fitting the decking and, being hidden, give a very professional finish and look.

Rich was really helpful and patient with us, explaining the advantages of different flooring types as well as the whole delivery and fitting process. The quotation included everything (no hidden costs) which was reassuring. Delivery was well communicated and Lee the fitter was did an excellent job. Many thanks to the whole team.

Shop staff were very helpful and not at all pushy. . delivery was quick and easy, arrived on 2 pallets and dropped by the front door. The floor fitter was brilliant, took him longer than expected due to it being herringbone and not a straightforward room, but we didn’t have to pay any extra, the shop covered the extra cost. He sourced us decent nose fittings for the stairs and door plates too. Would definitely recommend purchasing from this store and the professional fitter they use.
