I haven't received the parcel I had ordered from your site; according to tracking information , it has arrived at the postal carrier's facility in Italy on April 18th and hasn't moved since; furthoremore there haven't been any notifications about the shipping ever since.

Order fulfillment was 5 stars. I received my package in the US, faster than some of my domestic orders. You guys are impressive. I should have ordered several more of those 4" Cuban yoyo's because they're hard to find in that size except from Australia. I could have sold some here and recovered some of my shipping cost.
