I purchased this robe as an anniversary gift for my husband who is 5’10”, with a lean build and usually wears a Medium. Prior to ordering I asked for a size chart and ordered a Medium based on the measurements provided. The rob is snug. The sleeves are a little short. The fabric pulls easily and there are currently 5 places where this has happened and it has not even been worn or washed yet. The belt loops were too high, as were the pockets. I asked to exchange it for a Large and was told that I could not exchange it but I should spend more money to get it tailored. I took it to a tailor and paid $50 to have both the belt loops and the pockets lowered. Now there is a white mark where the loop was originally placed. When I tried to have more conversation with the customer service representative, she ghosted me. I’ll be dropping this garment to a charity bin so I don’t have to be reminded of the $400 I wasted. If you want to buy this garment for a male, consider going up a size from what they recommend on their size chart. I’m told there are no exchanges because it’s a custom order. It might have been made to order but it is NOT A CUSTOM ORDER. If you make a mistake there is no recourse. Disappointing experience overall especially given the thought I put into this purchase before ordering.

Great quality towel!

Two of the three items I ordered apparently were not in stock and took a while to be delivered, the last item about three weeks later.

Nice fragrance which I use as a room spray and on my covers and pillows on my bed. When I first opened, I thought it smelled a little bit too much like men’s aftershave, but I’ve warmed to it.
