It's early days for me
It's early days for me as to the effect on my iron levels, but overall I do sense a slight change to my energy levels. I have had zero stomach upset or issue, which for me, is significant because I suffer a lot with GI issues. I recommend this product.

I am not sure how
I am not sure how to rate this product. Send me another rating in a couple months which will be more of an accurate evaluation. I ordered this product because when I received my bloodwork, it stated that my Iron was low. I'm not sure if it's affective or not or how long it will take to start seeing the benefits from taking Feros M because I am not feeling any gains but its only been a couple weeks. One side effect I have noticed is that I do get headaches even with the large amount of water I drink daily.

It’s been a month and
It’s been a month and so far so good! My energy level has really increased along with some other awful symptoms I was experiencing because my iron levels were so low. I will say I have noticed some bowl issues starting to build. I am hoping my stomach / digestive system will adjust because again I really feel like this iron supplement is working for me! Will follow up with another review in two months when I go for bloodwork and get blood test results and see if digestive issues resolve!
