Our kids are going to be so upset with these Fatheads. There is no human being to answer questions and while you are waiting for the bot to get an email pushed to you from someone behind a screen, its too late. And one fathead is so dark -- why wouldn't they flag that? We have used Fatheads for years for our team but this will be the last for sure. Posting on Social Media as well.

First ordered, I receive hung it only wall as the instructions said fell off in 1 day. Head to throw in the trash place. Another order received somebody else's order with their name. Totally different order. Been emailing them for over a week. Do not buy from these people

My order was received folded in half! I have been trying to contact Fathead for 2 weeks, 7 emails. No reply! Nothing! They don’t have a number that works, don’t allow product reviews! ?? Terrible company, terrible customer service! Wasted $40 for a creased head! Never again! Head my warning!!!

I left one store, but they really deserve 0.I ordered a fat head for my son who is a senior on the football team in notes. I stated if this cannot be delivered on time, please cancel my order. I also requested no proofs to be sent as it would slow things down, and they refuse to cancel my order and did not deliver on time. My son was the only football player who was a senior without one. I ordered five of these and cannot use any of them as the event is over. Customer service was rude denied the truth that I had left , a request in the notes on the order sent proofs anyway even though I checked no proof, super disappointed in this company I paid for Xpress shipping, explicitly left messages to cancel if not delivered on time and checked no proof which slowed the whole order down, and I was not looking for proof to cancel the order because I had requested no proof terrible company.

Unfortunately, the customer service is only available by email. One of the stickers had fell off the wall that he sieve. It was left on the wall, but the sticker had failed that had sent me another one which had some ripples in it and they told me it was my fault because it wasn't installed right. There was an issue with another one said where the stickers did not peel off because they were not cut properly. They demanded all kinds of pictures and explanations customer service should not be this hard especially when spending $500 on stickers they refuse to replace the small sticker, I'll be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau.

This product was way thinner and cheaper than expected, basically a large sticker. They bury the bad reviews online and the "refund" process is a joke, they only try and give store credit. Why would I want to buy another horrible product?

I do not recommend this company. Try finding a local printing company to make one instead. After receiving a proof within the 2 days, I did not hear back from them for another week even after submitting my response within hours with a new picture. There is not a phone number to contact them and their email response is very slow. I ordered a second order for the same thing without a proof hoping my item would come in time with the most expensive rushed shipping and it still didn’t. They would not refund it and now I have a fathead that is useless as the event already passed. Do not recommend this company!

Wasted $115. Arrived WAY TOO LATE. Also, the orange highlighted 20% off if the text and email you constantly did NOT credit me 20% off but they still text and email me constantly - SCAM!! I ordered 5 so computer so that 15% discount counted. I preferred the 20% off not 15.

I ordered (2) 54 inch Fatheads and was very excited upon receiving them only to realize they were not cut out. After 1 week of not being able to get into the system for some reason I am still not sure way but I finally received a system generated email stating that someone would get in contact with me with 24 -48 hours. Well here we are still awaiting for someone to contact me because the need help button do not work on the web site and the phone directs you to the customer service email that no one responds to. I guess I am just out of hard earned money with no response and two giant worthless sheet of papers.

Extremely disappointed and cannot believe it would take over 3 weeks for 2 fatheads. Asked and paid for expedited shipping and not getting that either. First and last time user.

I placed a order back around December 1. 2021 and never received it. I used a order number to check on it, but it says order being processed. Can not get any response from my emails I have sent. Very frustrated and disappointed!!!

I placed an order for my son's baseball team's Senior Game Day and paid extra for expedited shipping a few weeks ago and still have not received our order! I have tried numerous times to reach out via email no response! I have called every number I can get a hold of and have not been able to get anyone to help!!!! I am truly sad about this, families were so excited to get this to support our boys. Please customer support, please respond and connect with me so that I can find out the status of our order.

I always wanted a giant wall decal as a child and now I finally got one as an adult! I’m so freaking happy with my recent first purchase here! I’m in LOVE! It’s that freaking awesome! I will be back to order more for my room :)
