Poor customer service
I ordered 4 fatheads. They arrived outside of the promised time frame but fortunately I had order will ahead of when it was needed. 3 out of the 4 were correct. One has a white border around the fathead. I sent an email. Site states that all inquiries are dealt with in 24-48 hours. It has been past that time frame and no one has responded. Now the event is less than a week away and one of the fatheads is different. Very disappointed. No company phone number can be found either. Will not recommend this company

TERRIBLE!
I placed an order on 9/24 with expedited shipping. Money out of my account same day. I never heard anything so I contacted them on 9/30/25 - no response. Two months and no order and no help
Our order never came in, it was placed on August 10, 2025, I had to contact them immediately because there was nowhere to upload an image, they got back to me and I uploaded the image and then they sent the proof. After that, I never got my order. At this point, I need a refund and I’m never trying this again. Horrible service, they basically stole 50 bucks from me.
Two months and no order and no help
Our order never came in, it was placed on August 10, 2025, I had to contact them immediately because there was nowhere to upload an image, they got back to me and I uploaded the image and then they sent the proof. Quality was good. However, paid extra for expedited shipping (3-5 days) and never received my item until 12 days after ordering, therefore it didn't arrive in time for the event. There was noone to contact as my emails kept receiving automatic responses, online chat was generic responses, and there is no customer service phone number to speak with anyone. I ended up receiving an email from an actual person 9 days later explaining there was a system outage and my order was impacted. I was offered a $14 refund which didn't even cover the shipping. Do not recommend

Go somewhere else because if there are any issues with your order they will take days to respond if they ever do respond. My order came damaged! It took me 5 days to get someone to reply via email. They said they sent a replacement, I’m now waiting 10 days and the replacement order still has not shipped. They do not COMMUNICATE! They have all the control. My daughter will be left without a fathead for her Senior night in highschool and I’m out my money with a damaged ahead and no email back after at least 20 emails to customer service. I ordered weeks in advance. They don’t care about delivering an acceptable product or customer device! Order locally at a print shop.

FATHEAD will NOT respond to me after NOT sending me products
I think its RIDICULOUS that Fathead does not have a phone number to talk to a real person and will not respond to numerous emails. They have my money and they have my products. They are letting down 25 senior athletes on the SENIOR NIGHT !!!! They are making me look bad as a business owner and I demand someone return my email ASAP!! I am done talking to a robot!!

Wish I could give zero stars I placed an order for June 5th and have not, as of Jul 1st, received the order. I have reached out to customer service multiple times and have not had a response. for some reason, I am unable to file a claim through the carrier, FedEx. Really really appreciate the poor customer service and FatHead flat out stealing from me. Thanks a bunch!!!

Horrible Horrible Experience
I ordered my Custom Fat Head and received the proofs the very next day and approved them. After about 10 days I notice that there was no movement on my order at all, so I reached out to customer service to cancel my order. I received a generic email stating someone would get back to me in 24-48 hours and suddenly my order went to full filled and back dated 2 days prior. It took 10 DAYS for someone to reach out to me. They blamed it on their 3rd party vendor being backed up. I finally received my order one looked great and the other was EXTREMELY BLURRY. I personally will NEVER order from them again. For the price you pay quality and customer service should be top notch

Took over 2 full weeks for my order when I asked for expedited shipping. Don’t count on them, Or their service for anything. Party was over for over a week before we received order, and status was never updated on website.

Fat head poster came on time
I order 2 18in fatheads and 1 24in flatheads. The posters looked great but I’m so impressed with how quickly my order came. I was afraid it would come after the graduation but it came right on time.

I ordered a life-size cutout for my husband’s 50th birthday party a month in advance—plenty of time, or so I thought. I received the wrong order and it was purchased straight from the website. The outside shipping label is for me but the packing slip inside is for someone else. I have tried contacting customer support but have not been able to get a hold of anyone. It’s ridiculous that there is no phone number to speak to a live person. I submitted pictures and all of the info via their “contact us” page and received a confirmation email that stated someone would reach out within 24-48 hours. We are now going on 5 days and not a single response. I purchased something special for my son and I just would like to receive the correct order as it was not a cheap product.

I ordered 8 fatheads and one of them was significantly smaller and damaged. Contacted customer service. Took them 48 hours to respond . Within that time I had to order a new one and paid for expedited shipping and still didn’t receive my order in time for the event. I wanted to speak to someone about my experience and there is no actual personal to speak to- it is all through email communication and it is a generated email. I will never order from this site again and recommend if you want quality items, use somewhere else!

This company is by far a scam and misleading. Their product is not true to their description. They charge you online pricing and then produce a product that is less than quality and less than that of the size that is ordered they do not accept responsibility for their shortcomings. It is the worst customer service ever they refuse to do the right thing. I ordered 18 x 24 fat heads (four of them) paid $100 and all of them were more than half that size they sent misleading proofs, to make it look like they were the size I ordered and then shipped very small cutouts and it is all part of their scam. Four different cutouts were all suppose to be 18x24 and none of them are even remotely close to being the same size let alone that of the size Inirsered. I will report them to the Better Business Bureau. I will continue to fight this until a decent resolution is made. They need to do the right things!!! I have plenty of pics for proof!!

When I reached out to customer service they sent links to generic FAQ pages explaining why products don’t meet the dominions purchased. It’s ridiculous to assume that someone would read your entire website to make sure a company produces what they said they will. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

Customer Service is unprofessional. I opened the fathead box and the packing slip showed an entirely different address and a fathead of an individual we did not know!!! We had a deadline to receive the fathead for a family event. After pleading to have the correct fathead made and then rushed to our home, customer service said they did not have an overnight service. We needed it two days later. After an unprofessional experience trying to escalate via the chatroom and email (the company does not have live reps), the company made a new fathead and shipped it out in a two-day. But we were then alerted by Fed Ex that the new delivery would not be able to be delivered because the shipping label that FATHEADS put on our box was misspelled. Fed Ex said the only way to get the package in time was to drive to the distribution facility and pick it up that evening as the driver would be returning the package back to the facility due to the Fatheads error with my address. I had to drive an hour each way to the facility to make it in time to pick up our Fathead before the Fed Ex closed for that evening (a Friday night) given I needed the Fathead for Saturday. Fatheads would not reimburse my gas money or mileage and although reimbursing us for shipping, they were not quick to apologize until I complained. They will not pay for the extra costs we incurred to pick up the package. Moreover, our original Fathead got delivered to someone else (no idea what state) and Fatheads can't even identify where they sent my original. I simply requested a full refund which they refused to honor for the two major hassles I experienced. I will go elsewhere for a similar service next time!

Notre dame decal
Largest Decal we bought only stayed in wall for 18 months. We were happy with the product until that point. Warranty per customer service only good for one year. Other stickers we purchased are still in the wall. Feel like there was an issue with the adhesive. Fathead also wasn’t able to provide logo for another school college, had to use https://biggestdecalshop.*** Our Umass logo from The Biggest Decal has stronger adhesive and is still on our other wall.

Item damaged and no response
I received my custom fathead and the packaging was wet, the fathead was wet and creased across the middle of the face. I reached out and have not received a reply (it has been over 5 days). There is no way to contact the company aside from a message that they do not respond to.
