Fastfield has been a great tool for my team and company, we continue to find new ways in how it can improve our business efficiency.

Our guys in the field have a hard enough time having to deal with customers and daily issues, so they don't have time to worry about how to get us their reports. Fastfield makes it convenient and easy and makes everyone's day a little better!

Its a little tricky at first to figure out how to make your forms but after that, Its amazing. Our team finds it easy to use. Even works offline!

We have users that go into the field to collect data. This has been a total time saver. They can collect data, get signatures, snap pics and submit all in the field. Setup was super easy. A must use product for remote workers.

Support is always helpful. Easy to use and customize.

Being using fastfields now for a couple of years. The forms are easy to create and work great. Not had any problems. Would like to see numbers on photos taken though if you are listening !!

Would love a way to change the outgoing date format so that Google Sheets would recognize it as a real date, we have to constantly update the data... We like the forms and the ability to mark up drawings when filling in the form..

Fast Field has changed the way we do business! our productivity has increased drastically. we have reassigned a $65k yr supervisor with the implementation of several forms that cost a fraction of the cost. I recommend Fast Fields enthusiastically

I continue to have frustrations when doing a lot of dispatches. I service a QSR Franchise with many locations. Many times I need to dispatch two technicians to work together on the same task, and then that task needs to be done at all locations. As it is now, I have to make individual dispatches for each tech and each site. Very labor intensive. I would like to be able to "Copy" or "Clone" a dispatch and just change the location and tech name. Secondly, I would like to be able to make a dispatch without having to assign it to anyone. Then post that dispatch in a common area that various techs can see. Then those techs can choose the dispatch that they want then assign it to themselves. I love how Fastfield is always improving. Love this platform. I am a single admin, so anything that can make my job more efficient and run smooth would be welcomed.

It has helped organize and streamline our daily activities. Wish it had the ability to add training videos/acknowledgments. i.e Tyfoom

Great customer support!

We are enjoying the ease of use with the product in terms of creating a form and the end user using the form. It is not as easy for those processing the forms. It would be nice to allow 'edit submissions' on the dashboard because the Submisisons area does not display/filter the info as nicely. Also there is a bug with the time entry.

Excellent program. Since we started using Fastfield our QC has vastly improved. Our customer service levals are up tremendously.
