Jus had to have the took up as I 'm only 29" inside leg would like another pair or so but different colours ?

Service is absolutely terrible. Requested a returns label to be sent to me as the item arrived in an unacceptable condition. After getting an initial response I provided photos multiple times and was left without a reply for a week. This is ongoing for two weeks now with no ring of a refund being processed. Not a way to run a customer service department.
