I was happy to find Johnson & Johnson talc baby powder at Family OTC after J&J discontinued the product. My order was immediately processed and the powder shipped to me quickly. Yes, I’d buy from this company again!

Got my order in about 14 or 15 days and was satisfied with my order.

Never got anything although when I inquired why not shipped yet I was told the pandemic was slowing warehouse activity. But after weeks still no shipping notice and no product.

I placed my order on May 30th of this year and I have yet to receive it even though it's says that I should receive my order in 3 to 5 days. I do not wish to cancel the order as I do need this cream very badly. Could you please tell me when I should receive my order?
