Awful service-do not buy from FamilyOTC
I have order successfully from FamilyOTC in the past. NOT THIS TIME. I never received an order number or receipt when I placed my order. I did receive a PayPal receipt. After about 3 weeks I hadn't received my order. I emailed (which they say they reply to 7 days a week) and didn't get a response. I tried to call but the voice mail box (which is all they have, it doesn't go to a person) but the voice mail box was full! I didn't hear from them until I filed a dispute with PayPal, THEN I hear from them. They said the order was "in transit," when in fact it hadn't even been shipped yet, which of course they knew. I did get my order shortly thereafter, but will never order from them again.

Excellent customer service
Placed an order and due to COVID-19. The shipping was delayed. They refunded me a partial amount on the order/shipping cost, without me even asking them to. Quick responses to email. Appreciate the company taking time to satisfy their customers! I will order again!
