Sent in my measurements, and 2 weeks later received my shades in perfect condition and much higher quality than I expected! I highly recommend Factory Direct and will be ordering more shades from them for our other bedroom.

Item arrived wrong size
Item arrive packaged well , but when opened to install discovered it was 3” too long for the opening. Ordered for 72 5/8 opening inside mount. Received 75 5/8 “. Location does not allow outside install so item is of no use to me.

The wrong shades were sent originally. I emailed and sent pictures and within a day I had a response and the correct ones were shipped. Great customer service very helpful.
