My experience was different but
My experience was different but in a good way. I ordered this stand on Black Friday and experienced issues with its delivery. Before it got to me, the item was shipped in more than one piece to a third-party company. The company received two of the three pieces despite the delivery note stating that all the pieces were delivered. I contacted Event Decor Direct and met with Ainslie W (an angel sent from heaven), who launched an investigation into the matter. The case was closed within days, and I received a replacement piece. She kept me informed every step of the process. I was never wondering if and what was next. Ainslie, you're the best.

Haven't received my order as yet - but wanted to give a shout out to Ainsley (hope I spelled that right). I ordered a pipe and drape kit with the valance hangers, but didn't realized that I had ordered the wrong valance hangers. Ainsley called me as she was reviewing my order to let me know that the ones I'd ordered were the 1. 5 and wouldn't fit the unit, and that she would be updating them to the correct ones needed. I reeeeaaaaaalllllly appreciated that call, instead of just shipping my items out knowing that they wouldn't work!! THANK YOU, Ainsley!!! Customer Service at it's BEST!!
