The taps are great
The Ikon classico range is exactly what I wanted. I haven't installed them yet. I choose the cheaper Toll delivery option. They were horrible to deal with. I asked for a notification the day before delivery. I got an email and text message sent just before the box was dropped off. I was at work. The package sat in the rain all day and the boxes for the taps, including the installation instructions, were ruined. I emailed Toll a complaint but haven't heard back back.

Products appear to be of great value. They have not yet been installed but a 5 year guarantee is definitely reassuring. Easy to use website, and nice to see a fee free option to pay (bank transfer). Dispatch was quick and received products fast.

Item came really fast and the driver contacted me to advise delivery time and I wasn't there but he left it according to my request and sms'd me that it was there. Have not installed it yet but it looks to be great quality.
