I was informed my order went out of stock, but the Epic team offered a discounted alternative, which was processed and delivered the next day.

Could recommend highly enough. I phoned to order a trampoline as I had a few questions and they couldn't have been helpful. What's more, trampoline came within 5hrs of placing order!!

I purchased the Aprilia Tuono Kids electric bike for my little sons birthday. This is the second time I have used Epic Play and they have been fantastic. The customer service is 'Epic' they respond quickly and are helpful. I originally was going to buy the other Aprilia but they said that this Tuono would be available as a new bike. They offered me the demonstrator at a discount before even being released on their site. The bike is excellent and good quality just like the jeep we purchased for my eldest son. They are pretty fast and they are reasonably priced. Great company to purchase from. 👍😀

Excellent customer service, I accidentally put in wrong delivery address when placing order in which they so promptly helped me correct despite it being a late Sunday night. Item then arrived a couple of days later, which I did not expect to be so quick! The bike is for a Christmas present so have not used it yet to review however from what I have seen of it I’m very happy with the purchase. Would definitely recommend Epic Play and will certainly buy from them in future
