It would be helpful if an email or text could be sent letting people know when the order is being delivered.Luckily someone was home when it arrived.You can't expect people to stay at home constantly ( especially with a very large box being delivered)

Ordered on a Saturday and delivered on the Wednesday, although we didn’t receive a dispatch email so the delivery was a little surprise when I answered the door!

Absolutely brilliant service. Playhouse was £50 cheaper than I found anywhere else, customer service was fantastic, almost immediate response to after sale query and item received within a couple of days.
