Downside: I had to replace my ring within about a week of receiving it. It appears to be a hole in the design. Upside: Eso was very quick to replace the ring. An easy overall process for the exchange. I did not feel I had to defend myself or anything. Just provided a photo of the damage and that was all that was needed. Very nice overall and I am looking forward to getting some more.

As guarantee says, you replaced my ring because it was ripped. So awesome.

My ring came in with a small bubble in it so it’s somewhat flimsy. I expect it to snap the first time it’s caught in something. Not worth the $40 I paid for this but would be fine if it were on sale for much less.

Excellent customer service and warranty

We ordered two rings for my fiancee and myself. I thought I was a size 10 but it was a bit too tight. I started the return process, and Enso sent me a size 11 with no return necessary! I had it within 5 days. Awesome! We chose the mermaid colorway and we love it, it looks even better in person than in pictures. After 3 weeks of wearing my ring every day at my construction job, as well as to the gym, it still looks flawless. Excellent product!
