They charge almost half the cost of the product itself in shipping costs, despite the product just being a ring that could be sent in a simple envelope. They also use a courier service with exorbitant customs brokerage fees so my "free" warranty replacement is ending up almost costing me the price of a new product anyway. Save yourself the hassle and find another similar product.

Loved how they look but only lasted a year and a bit and broke.

I bought my son a Harry Potter ring for Christmas. The color faded in less than a week. Instead of replacing the ring free of charge with their Lifetime Warranty, I have to pay to ship the ring back and the shipping on the replacement. I could understand this if we had the ring for awhile, but we didn't.

Love the look and feel of this ring. Very comfy and hardly notice that its on. Would def recommend.

Stylish, I haven’t seen seen any other silicone rings that have sparkle, or designs! I’m in the medical field so all the girls I work with have silicone rings, but theirs are always just a plain flat color. I always get compliments on mine.

My husband is a custodian at the school so he can't wear his regular wedding ring. I wanted to surprise him for our 43rd anniversary with one he could wear! I asked my son where he'd gotten his and he told me all about Enso Rings. I didn't know what size to get and had no way to find out, so ordered a 7. When it arrived, I was certain it would not fit so I ordered an 8. It's perfect! He loves that he's able to once again wear a wedding band! Thanks for a great product! And American Made!

First and last time i will order from Enso Rings. Ordered my rings on 27 June for international delivery, parcel tracking shows that it has been at a US processing facility since 7 July and no further updates on its whereabouts. Wrote to customer service that i needed it for my wedding on 20 July (hence ordered it in advance to cater for the up to 14 business days international delivery). Customer service just responded with "If you would like I am more than happy to get a replacement order sent out just in case!" What a joke, its not about getting a replacement order. Its 2022 and you can't even get an order delivered to an international customer after 3 weeks. Expecting a full refund on the order, order number is E2861188.

I'm very disappointed that the order for the Disney Pocahontas size 12 was substituted with Wilderness Explorers size 12. I understand how it can happen, given the colour of the rings. At least they are the same size. All the other rings ordered, arrived correctly.

We bought our rings to wear on casual or active days…..we love them. When we first received them, one of the two sizes were not quite right…Enso’s exchange policy was simple and easy and now they fit perfectly. I get so many compliments as well. I would order from Enso again in the future…customer for life!

Seems nice but I messed up on sizing.

After receiving my order and noticing it was the wrong size, I quickly went to website to contact customer service. After searching the site for a while - on their website and google, I could not find anything, but then I noticed the links for facebook and twitter. I sent a message via facebook and got an answer within 48 hours. They do not have a phone number which I find inconvenient, however their customer service is quick, efficient, and responsive. I had my issue cleared up with minimal effort and my replacement product was perfect.

Would like to see half sizes

I had this exact ring before and it broke. No big deal, it served me well for over 2 years so I bought the same one. This is the same color but it has a sharper edge where the first one i bought had a more beveled edge. It isn't a huge turn off but it is a noticeable difference. Either way, it is still a good product but if you and your partner want matching rings, it might not match exactly.

Happy with it

It came super quick and this is the 4th one they've all been awesome. They're all for my husband in place of his wedding band. I want to get some myself. I hope for some DC ones in the future love all the different Disney and starwars ones and the legends.

I have the halo sapphire and opal, love them both so much, the colours are beautiful. The rose gold ring I got in the standard width. It is nice but not the rose tone that it looks like in the pictures on line.

Broke in seconds. Waste of money
