Extremely unimpressed. This arrived without hardware. We set aside this weekend to assemble as our baby arrives next weekend and we can’t assemble. Delivery was also days later than what was proposed. No one available to deal with my request for expedited delivery of hardware on the weekend. Never had such poor service for furniture delivery.

It was all so easy. We were kept up to date and the website descriptions are right on the button. The bed was very easy to put together and looks fantastic. The couriers are dreadful though. Boxes torn, foot prints all over them and pushed right up against the screen door so we couldn't open it. There was no respect.
