My previous review was deleted. Please refrain from removing it, E-living. I'll keep writing if you remove it. A few weeks ago, I bought a double bed from your store. Upon delivery, the bed's quality met my expectations, but the size was not suitable. I requested a refund, but you offered store credit valid for a year instead, denying a refund. I reluctantly agreed and paid extra for an upgrade to a king size, which took a long time to arrive. The real trouble began when I received the bed in numerous pieces, requiring three days and additional expenses for tools to assemble. Despite my efforts, the bed still makes noise and cracks when I sleep on it, disrupting my sleep every night. Moreover, the bed's poor finishing caused injuries to my legs, forcing me to modify it with a knife to prevent further harm. I am deeply disappointed with the product and service provided. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

My recent experience with purchasing a double bed has been an utter disaster. Initially, the bed's quality didn't match the image I saw online. When I tried to return it, the store refused a refund, only offering store credit. Reluctantly, I decided to exchange it for a King size, but I had to pay extra for shipping and assembly.Assembling the King size bed was a nightmare. It took me three agonizing days because it had countless pieces, and the store hadn't provided all the necessary equipment. I had to buy screws, drills, and tools myself. The process was so complex that it felt like I was building another level onto my house.To make matters worse, the bed's quality was abysmal. It offered no comfort, only causing injuries and sleepless nights. The edges were sharp and unfinished, constantly scraping and cutting my legs until I had to manually smooth them down with a knife.Every time I tried to sleep, the bed made loud creaks and noises, jolting me awake whenever I turned over. I've reached my limit with this store and their subpar products. I can't wait to trash this bed and replace it with something simpler and more reliable from IKEA.

It’s now been 18 days since I purchased my mattress, I haven’t been able to get a good nights sleep on it. Mainly due to the fact it hasn’t been delivered yet.
