I love the fact that just about anything I need I can find it all in one place, and the biggest flex is the customer service how often do you get a phone number you can call with any inquiries and actually get an actual person on the line. That is pretty much unheard of these days. I love that I can make a phone call get someone on the line and before I hang up everything is resolved. From ordering to shipment times everything from this company is top notch. Will continue to use element for the foreseeable future.

I have been doing business with Element Tattoo Supply since June 2024. This company has treated me with the upmost professionalism and respect. I am a newer artist in a private studio. Because of this I only buy my supplies in small amounts. That has never changed the way the people at Element have treated me. I was having issues with my Tattoo machine and Bobby took time out of his day to share videos on how to trouble shoot the problem. Above and beyond customer service.
