I’m very pleased with the mattress, quality and support are both strong. The only drawback is the lack of compatibility with a soft topper, which would make it perfect for me.

When the bedsheets arrived we had a small mishap on the fabric and ecosa’s customer service responded immediately and had it exchanged the next day. They have their own courier service and team coming to deliver and collect the faulty bedsheet.
