Price of software was exceptional. Boght the product and instantly received an email with a downlload link and the Activation Key. Unfortunately, the Activation Key wasn't valid. Called customer support and they said they have a bad batch of software activation keys. I asked for a new key, but, they offered a full refund in fear of giving me another bad activation key. I will definitely make future purchases from ebuy commerce since they were very efficient.

Needed MS Office for MAC, but an for iPad not a desktop. Before purchasing & downloading, I chatted on line with customer service about resolution options should my purchase not work out as planned and they told me how they would handle it. In fact, Office 2016 for MAC ONLY works on OS X but will NOT work on iOS, so I had to return my purchase. True to their word, I told them the problem I encountered and they promptly (within an hour) refunded the total purchase price. I would highly recommend doing business with these people! THANKS
