The only thing I received was an email saying there were no product keys available. Multiple attempts to contact them by phone, email and chat went unanswered. They didn't waste any time charging my credit card.

4 orders over the last week and a half and no license keys available. Nobody EVER answers the phone or responds to email. Site says 100+ in stock on everything which is a total LIE!!!!

I needed to update a 2007 Office Suite for which support was ending this year. I looked at my options, and found this site. Still now clear how the low price magic works. Placed the order, was able to do the immediate download / install. The link in one set of instructions worked better than the other. A little confusion what to do when the on screen activation box was labeled Product Key, but accepted the supplied Activation Code. When I look at the Office details on my PC it says it has been activated. I have another computer with 2010 Office Pro Suite. If there are no glitches with the first one, I'll be ordering a second one.
