As always excellent customer service
As always excellent customer service both in store in Townsville and via the customer contact centre. My delivery timeframe was substantial i. e. months but ordering multiple products I chose to wait for the entire order to arrive in one go for convenience as I travel for work. That was my choice, plenty of earlier delivery options were available to me for individual pieces. Love ES!
