Overall, the process took longer
Overall, the process took longer than I expected (about a month from order to delivery). I still would have ordered it knowing that in advance, and my labels came out perfectly, I just wish my expectations had been set on the front end. It's possible I missed something in the order process that said this. All in all, it was a fine experience and I'll order from here again. And know I know what to expect. Perfection takes time. 😀

Your customer service is brilliant and Nathan is an excellent person to work with. However the end result for both my hang-tag which I mentioned was off-white and the labels without the size component were very disappointing to say the least. Although I have been issued a discount code to purchase again, which I am very grateful for, I would like my hang-tags reproduced just the way I wanted it "White" and not greyish-white. Also I am not certain if the discount code is for the re-production of the whole woven label with the size component of for the production of the size component which I am now required to attach to the woven label.

Customer Service and Timeliness of my Order
I ordered custom patches on 09/03/25 for an event that starts on 10/11/2025. I ordered specifically from this company, over many others online, because the website says "Ships from New Jersey, No Import Tariffs" "Fast Delivery" and "Money Back Guarantee". One month after my order was placed and fully paid for, I received an email indicating my order was delayed, and that I could get 15% off a future order as recompence. I called to reach customer service to see if there was anything more that could be done, and there was no answer, so I left a message. I opened the chat to ask for assistance, and waited over 20 minutes for my chat to be answered. When the chat was finally answered, I was told sorry, there was nothing that could be done, that the order had been processed and was "In Transit" at the batch facility (in China - NOT New Jersey) and that no, I could not get a refund. I was offered a 15% reduction of the total cost of my order, but no ability to cancel the order or get anything else as a quicker fix. Over three hours later, I received a call back from my voicemail message, and this time I was told that I *could* get my money back, but only if I rejected the package upon delivery, and only after they had received my patches back. I am leaving for my event in 4 days, and not only do I not have my patches, I am out almost $500. 00 with no option to get my money back unless I am here to refuse delivery when they finally arrive. Of course, since I will be gone - at my event - I will not be present to refuse delivery. Please - if you are mislead by this company and believe this is "Pennsylvania Dutch" made in America and shipping within the US - Don't Be. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. No import Tariffs simply means that they will batch ship your order from China, and that they will delay your order if they don't have a big enough batch to ship.
