Ordering was easy, I received my order in a timely manner. I haven't had to deal with costumer service yet, so I'm no help. I'm hoping that Made in America comes with outstanding costumer service.

My shirt was soft but the womens size ran smaller that my husbands. It was definitely a liner. It is super comfortable and easy to wash out and dries very quickly. I will be buying more for sure.
