Bug Infested Merchandise
I bought 2 Granby bar stools from DTY store. I put one together with no problem. I noticed that the foot rest ring on the other was covered in dust. When I cleaned it off it became obvious that the part was being eaten and infested but some bug or worm. The company did send a replacement chair and that also had the foot rest eaten away! Needless to say I won't be getting anymore chairs from these people.

When the chair came from Amazon the box had already been opened. The entire hardware kit was missing. With one quick email to DTY they shipped out the missing hardware immediately. We just received the parts and assembled the chair. We love it. Thanks for everything.

When I called to ask about their return policy, I assumed there would be charges for something... (Typically there's always a catch). To my surprise, I immediately received a return labor for FedX which didn't cost me a penny. Very impressed and will be shopping with them again due to their no haggles business philosophy.

Very nice patio table and chairs
We love the look of the patio table and chairs. Fits perfectly in our small space. Seems to be made very sturdy. We hope it holds up in the salt air environment of the beach. Customer service was great when I had a question. Very happy with my purchase!

Creede leather stools 24”
Just received and assembled two of these stools. Excellent quality, well made, easily assembled, clear instructions, all parts clearly labeled. Arrived on 29 July; ordered and shipped on 27 July: Wow! I am impressed! And stools were on sale!

The DTY Store’s customer care department is fantastic.
I ordered a stool from the DTY Store and through no fault of their own (I could tell that the parts to the stool had been boxed up some time ago), one part of it arrived with the kind of damage that wood sustains while sitting on a shelf over an extended period of time. Anyway, I contacted the DTY Store’s customer care department and worked with an employee named Freeman. Freeman understood my problem and sent out a replacement part to me very quickly. When it arrived, we put the stool together with no problem at all and it looks great. I would definitely do business with this store again. Thanks, Freeman. You’re great at your job.
