I've been ordering from them for over 5 yrs. Excellent colors on the coir mats and the flags. The shipping of the mats are folded slightly but not enough to put a crease so they will lay flat when you take them out of the box. I also order now for my daughters NEW house. I have the snowmen door mats and the Halloween witch mat. Love to decorate for all the holidays.

I bought 2 hanging american flags late last year. I went to take 1 out and the tag that holds the flag on the pole was completely stitched together at both ends. I opened my other one and it was the same exact thing sewn together. I bought other flags from them and they were fine. I also noticed that they say the flags are made in new jersey. But the tag on the flag says made in China. Won't buy from them again.

Ordered mail box cover at the middle of march never got it . The refunded the money gave me a coupon to reorder, told me they would send it asap . Never got it had to get it refunded again. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIn. .

Had to return item because it was only painted on one side. Briarwood would NOT send me a return label which would have allowed $5 shipping so I ended up having to pay $22.30 for a $26.75 item. Even UPS worker thought that was bad customer service

I love windsocks. With all the beautiful designs available on flags, there should be more of a selection for windsocks.

Started getting flags last year cause when I saw the selection they were colorful and beautiful. Ordered 2 flags last year for spring a small and a large to match. Only had them out till the beginning of Fall and they are already faded and bottom has a tear in it and I dmt even live in a high windy area. Am very disappointed that I spent that money for only one year.

I’ve bought many a flag in past years, none like this. They are very well made and beautiful. I bought a Thanksgiving and Christmas house flag and a garden flag. I am extremely happy with all of them. Ordering was easy, and delivery was fast. I’m going back to the site to order the rest of the holidays. Thank you for selling such a nice product.

I bought three mailbox flags and have only used one. It was on mailbox for two months when I went to take off it fell apart. I've called and they said they would get back with me on what could be done. I sent in a picture and receipt of purchase of the flag. The other two are made of same material. Will they hold up? Doubtful!

Stay away from the mailbox covers. Ive had at least 4. The company graciously gave me credit for one. They arrive with beautiful bright colors but the mailbox covers bleach out to white after a month in the sun. The cllors are gone, what dissapointment, they were a gift for my mom. Don't waste your money unless your mailbox is in dense shade all the time.

First direct order. Got flags thru Amazon in the past. Will go direct from now on. Flags are outstanding quality. Shipped fast. Price is very reasonable. Customer for life.

They are so vibrant and beautiful. Long winters here in Maine and I finally switched out my Christmas mailbox cover for spring flowers! Love my door deco too. All ready summer!
