If Del Sol makes the mistake, as they did with my order, I should not have to pay to ship it back. Very poor customer service indeed.

The tumbler is fully waterproof and so cute! And customer service was AMAZING when I messed up and ruined my tumbler. I’ve always said if I won the lottery I would by everything they had just to support them because they are so wonderful! And every turn I make they make that more and more true!
