I installed this starter on my 1996 Rotax 582 gray head liquid cooled engine. It is installed on my Kitfox Model 4 aircraft. I swapped over the old studs from the old engine, and it installed easily. The starter has plenty of torque and starting power. I would highly recommend it. Shipping was super fast also.
