I wrote the review, not quite sure why I have to do it again. 3 stars for effort and customer service. Minus 2 stars for no product. The envelope you shipped was empty. I called to report this so you sent me another. Same thing, empty envelope. So either my Fed Ex man loves your spray or someone in your processing center loves it. Envelope torn just enough to get the bottle out. I hope you have processed my refund. You should ship the spray in the same box as the shoes. The shoes are a Christmas gift. A little crazy that the exact same thing happens two weeks apart.

I love my new Bull Run Chelsea boots. Although pretty stiff out of the box, they are breaking in nicely and are super comfortable. (Love the roomy toe box. ) I bought them for an outdoor work/ barn shoe and they are doing the job with comfort and protection. I’ve worn them every day for the last week! One word of caution: buy the correct size. The website suggests buying a size smaller, which I did. The smaller size seemed to fit until I actually started working in them — then they rubbed my feet raw. Danner honored their guarantee and exchanged them for me with almost no hassle for which I am grateful as they are an expensive boot. I look forward to having them for a long time.
