Have had to contact customer services a few times due to damaged parts. Helpful staff and in process of receiving replacement parts.

This was my first time buying from daals and over-all it has been a good experience. The items were really well packaged so very little chance of being damaged. Communication was good and the furniture arrived when they said it would be.
