Shipping is a nightmare. Ordered my hubby’s birthday present on Sept 12, more than a month before his birthday. 2 weeks later still no tracking info. Contacted customer service. They wouldn’t ship it because one of my free samples was out of stock. They did give me other options. Immediately picked another option. Week later, still hasn’t shipped. A different sample out of stock. Picked another sample. 5 days later, still hasn’t shipped. Now the birthday present out of stock!! Said they would upgrade for free. Then package has “shipped. ” Yet, 3 days later and package still hasn’t been picked up. Hubby’s birthday has come and gone. His gift still hasn’t shipped. Leaving him with no gift for his birthday.

While order was delayed (due to surge) support team provided timely and considerate updates. Husband LOVES scent!

Recently ordered No88 and several samples. I’m very happy with my purchase. No88 is an amazing fragrance and one application lasted an entire day. The sample of Amber7 was a nice surprise. I’m already planing my next purchase and look forward to building my collection.

I love c&s having been introduced to No. 88 about 30 years ago. That is still a firm favourite but is now joined by others in the excellent selections of colognes. Still have not received my order.

I paid for the product and received no receipt or confirmation besides a transaction notification from Venmo. I waited for over a month and no delivery. I tried to send an email but received no word whatsoever. I recommend staying away.

Right now, Czech & Speake is at the top of my fragrance list. My absolute favorite ist No. 88. It`s dark, rich, and super elegant — rose, sandalwood, and vetiver all blend perfectly without being too heavy. Oxford & Cambridge, Cuba, Vetiver Vert are really good too!! The smell lasts really long and just feels effortlessly stylish…. and important to me - it`s cruelty free!!

I haven’t recived my small order which I placed and paid via your website almost 3 weeks ago. Got in contact with customer support twice, but I am still waiting for an answer why my order is taking so long to be shiped.

Fast shipping, the top of the bottle was leaking, but it still sprayed fine, didn’t want to send back cause I waited so long to get this one in, cuz they were out of stock for awhile, it smells so good. Love this company.
