Attentive and concerned technical staff. Walked me through all my diagnosis and responded to all my questions like with genuine concern. We inherited two totally unkept Cycle Board Rovers and now we have the right parts diagnosed for replacement to get us back on the road. Looking forward to hitting the road soon

Golf Cycleboard
Had mine for about 2 years thus far and it works great, now that I have everything completed and adjusted. It showed up originally with no brake fluid and the front end was way out of alignment. Fixed both, and its been working fine.

Started bad but ended great!
When I got the board I twisted the power unit on the handle bars the wrong way (its not explained in the instructions) and it turns out that one of the three words frayed and the board would not operate. After much exasperated back and forth the founder called me and told me that by watching my video I had frayed the wire. He immediately sent a new unit…it was so easy to replace…and the board works amazingly well. So friggin fun…great power and learning how to ride and turn it comes pretty quick. It’s an awesome machine and I am grateful for the support on the improper adjustment of the hand control and then the subsequent replacement.
