Just what I need for my project.

Hi Cruz! I love your service + damask size labels/care labels. Something that would make your site even easier to use is being able to select multiple size labels at once before adding to cart. It would speed up the checkout process and I'm sure this is something many first time users to your site will appreciate because they can just get a whole size run's labeling taken care of in one step. Just an idea! Thanks again!

I ordered a couple of years ago and needed help recently ordering labels again. I wanted the same labels, but couldn't find any account number or information from my previous order. Cruz Label was great to locate my previous information and help me with reordering my labels. My only concern is that even with my new order I don't have any reference number for future reordering. I have about five different labels and for the past few years, I've been using a different label company mainly due to its low minimum (like in dozens). I change my designs very often, so it made sense. Everything was good until I had a problem and they didn't seem to care that it didn't turn out the way it was supposed to. With Cruz Label, from start to finish, I felt like I was valued. I was even given a custom sample and I was able to tweak the colors a bit, which I couldn't get from my previous vendor. Now that my business is growing, I can do more than thousands of labels which also helps my cost low.

Always fast response and work on getting things done on time. I would actually like to see more eco friendly materials used.

My first experience with Cruz Label on a woven label project was excellent. I emailed them my design and they immediately came back with a digital proof for me to approve. I also got a custom sample made before they went into production. My production arrived on time and I'm now looking into ordering my printed labels with them as well!

Contacted them via online. I decided to go with Cruz since they actually provide a custom sample before going into production. Once I got my sample, I realized that I needed a brighter background rather than the dark purple that I chose. Changing the color didn't cost extra and when I got the second sample, I was so glad that I made the change. Their sample is not cut or finished, but you can see how the design looks when it's woven. The production was super!
