I buy 1000 labels for my etsy shop each year or so. The first year the set up process was smooth because the customer service was so helpful. Each year of repeat orders has been seamless since then. The ink on the labels is very consistent and the topfold crease is too. Not a wonky one in the bunch. Although they arrive in a soft package the labels are still in stacks, not disheveled.

I had a positive experience ordering from Cruz Label. They have lots of options and low minimums which waa perfect for me and my small business. The sales rep I worked with was awesome and made adjustments until my label was perfect. My only complaint is that my labels(cotton weave) never look as lovely after going through the wash as they do initially. In hindsight I should have sewn all the sample labels I was sent into a test product and run them through the wash before deciding what kind to purchase. I will definitely be ordering labels from this company again when my stash runs low.
