I REALLY, REALLY wish this was a stand alone again. On top of that, a 10 month subscription instead of 12 just seems petty.

Costing Manual for 2024
Very cost-effective alternative to RSMeans or the other ones. I like that it includes agricultural buildings, and can be used for Canada!

Good once you use it better pricing on particular material
Once you get the hang of the program, it works really I really like the copy and paste and where you can just fill in the numbers from other estimate I do have a problem with part of the material pricing it's close sometimes it's hard to compare apples with the oranges and I would like to see more namebrand products for better pricing

At first, I was confused
At first, I was confused about how to use the online interface and find things but I clicked on the live support and the person was kind, and patient, and showed me where to find things quickly. He also taught me how to use the search terms better. I highly recommend this product!
