I have found that W. C. offer a very professional service to customers. Orders are dispatched quickly and are safely packed and information is provided if there is to be delay in fulfilling the order. The reward program is also much appreciated.

Following a spell in the wine sales wilderness, The Wine Collective has made a strong return to favour. The range of wines, the sharp value and the enticing sales campaigns have been appreciated.

I am a big fan but of more recent times there have been a number of issues that have been of concern. Deliveries have been unusually slow plus in one instance it has stated that the order had been fulfilled when it clearly had not until eventual notification until today a variable of just on a week.

We order wine from a few different places however The Wine Collective consistently have the fastest delivery. Coupled with regular specials, The Wine Collective are increasingly getting more orders from us,

We have a great relationship with our wine advisor Frances Ward-Lee. She is very responsive dealing with our orders and appreciate her recommendation of wine we like. The orders are dealt with promptly and delivery is received usually within a week of ordering.

I know I say the same thing every time but the wine collective is the best for price range and service. A special thanks to my wine advisor who is fantastic

I made a mistake with an order, ticking the box for 1 thinking it was a dozen. The mistake was quickly rectified and the refund repaid to my account. In the meantime I had ordered the correct amount. The process is much appreciated. Eric
