I was very impressed with the promptness of the delivery of my last order. I was advised pm on the Wednesday that it was being prepared and it was delivered to me before 10 am on the Thursday. Thank you.

I recently placed a larger order with the Wine Collective and the level of service and attention to my requests from selection of wine to delivery options (to a more remote location) was absolutely outstanding, with a special shout out to Victoria!

Very happy with the service we receive from our wine advisor Fran and from the communication with the factory about the delivery expectations. We are drinking wines with some bottle age and paying reasonable, sometimes great prices.

I find the level of communication is good for general information on price specials and well spaced out for general catch up and requirement testing

I received a dozen bottles of wine 6 Pinot Gris and 6 Rose. The Pinot Gris was lovely but the Rose unfortunately was one of the worst Rose I have ever had.

I'm kept up to date with good deals and Ed is very helpful with suggestions. Delivery has always been in good time and a good service
