Shipping was fine, a bit slow, but I thihk it was because of the holidays and pandemic

Love this product, shipping on time, beautifully packaged. Wish they would re-introduce "La Source ultra moisturising hand therapy" to their line . That is the ultimate product!

Love Crabtree and Evelyn products. Only concern is lack of availability of older branded products that I love. Lemon coriander and verbena lavender

Very upset. I waited a month for 14 shower gels as gifts and they arrived today in a huge explosion/mess. I cannot gift them.

Already did this in the previous review. Customer service was non existent and horrendous when received.

I miss the quality and the delicate scents of the old Crabtree&Evelyn company. I don’t understand the choices that are made by the owner in 2021-2022. The future is in soap bars wrapped in paper, not shower gels in plastic bottles. But I am just a loyal customer from 1984 to 2010… I am not a business woman ! Now, I tend to buy my products from France. I tried Crabtree again last month, it’s not the same. That’s life.
