The pizza steel was shipped quickly and arrived in good shape. I was surprised by how heavy it is. I am looking forward to using but need to season it first.

I had been looking for a replacement to a ceramic pizza that cracked after a month. Along came Cooking Steels with a bunch of minor cosmetic blemishes Steels. Great value. Shipping was super quick, we had it within a couple of days. Now, I do have to say, as expected, they are quite heavy and it takes a while for it to completely come up to temperature. Our first pizza was so so because is was hot, but not enough. Next time I’ll use my laser thermometer. Overall, a good purchase.

Made my first pizza on it & l was impressed by it. The one thing l forgot to order was a pizza shovel so it was awkward sliding my pizza onto it but l’ve since purchased one so I’m good to go .

Makes great pizza

I love my cooking steel. I've made numerous pizzas, tater tots, and even grilled cheese sandwiches on it and it worked like a charm. It's much more practical than a dedicated pizza oven, which requires outdoor use only, garage space, fuel, and has limited uses. This thing rocks- I keep it in my oven, it was easy to season, and it's very easy to clean.

The cooking steel works! I have been trying to make pizza's at home and they never turned out right. The dough never cooked completely like those from the resturants. The cooking steel cooks the pizza dough at the higher temps that you cannot get with your oven.

Bought a pizza steel from them. The ordering process is smooth. Everything is as described. The item is very heavy. But the packaging they provide is strong. Very good quality product. All instructions are included. I have been happy with the purchase, and the price seems reasonable.

A shipping delay with USPS was the only problem I had but was told by USPS it was due to the upcoming winter holidays large shipping volume.

I have used a pizza stone for years, but will now use my pizza steel. I love it, and the pizza cooks and tastes so much better. I am going to buy more Cooking Steels.
