Many times I order "dog stuff" from Amazon, as I have free shipping. So. . tried to order a particular shampoo *twice*. . . and both times the wrong product was sent. They sent the product I wanted in a timely manner, but yes, I had to pay shipping. . . maybe Cherrybrook could have a "prime membership". . .
