I recently ordered a Xmas hamper order #000119217 which arrived OK> It is a present for my daughter for Xmas. She has opened it, and it is not what I ordered, should have been Organic Shiraz along with nibbles, instead Penfolds wine, and a card attached to dear Noel from Catholic Education. Mine was for Mel and Zoom happy Xmas. Unfortunately the hamper was opened by my daughter, she didn't know it was wrong until today when I realised.I have ordered quite a few other hampers and they have all been the right ones, don't know what to do here, Noel may have received my hamper.

Firstly I would like to say that the hamper was nicely presented. I have been told that the Rum was of high quality. The food was also delicious so Thankyou. Unfortunately maybe through no fault of your own the hamper was ordered on a Friday and delivered the following Friday. Where it should have only taken up to three days as advertised . We did many follow up calls to both yourselves and the courier company to understand why the delay. Although I received friendly service from your company I was basically being fed rubbish by being told that it was on its way when clearly it wasn’t given that tracking was showing no movement at all. As mentioned above many calls were also made to the courier company they could not give me any answers except to red flag the enquirey. So from that side of the experience it was very disappointing.

This is the second Christmas I have chosen to buy gift hampers for my family, after the responses my children gave me last time. I have included some of my older grandchildren this year as well. The delivery was a day earlier than I had anticipated but well flagged and seamless. I had a query about an additional item I purchased at a different time and this was attended to and it also arrived safely. I am anticipating family feedback will be good again on the day as the products are top class.
