The card attached to my sister’s birthday present was addressed to someone else wishing them a Merry Xmas. Furthermore the one key item I specifically chose that hamper for was substituted without any communication to me. I don’t think I would buy again as my trust isn’t there that the recipient gets what I paid for.

SURPRISE !!

My gift to my daughter was very well received and the contents much appreciated. However, I could not discover how to add two bottles of wine when adding extra items. A missed opportunity.

Very disappointed with the delivery of one of my Hampers. I ordered 3 Hampers for my children in Aussie as I live in NZ. 1 to Melbourne & 2 to Bunbury (same address all to be delivered the week before Christmas. The one for Melbourne arrived 20/12, 1 in Bunbury arrived 23/12 & the last 1 for the same address in Bunbury hasn't arrived yet. Very peed off as that is for our youngest daughter.

The recipients of the hamper were absolutely delighted.
