Purchased this product from Macy's three weeks ago. Tried very hard to be optimistic and help a Black company. Face wash and toner is just average. Vitamin C oil is heavy, stinks and feels very awkward on skin. The cocoa Shea moisturizing cream is so heavy, it has tge consistency of a body lotion. On my face it feels like the perfect combination for clogging my pores. Since I've been using, I have had several breakouts on my chin. This set will be returned to Macy's fir a full refund.

I wish I could give this a negative star. This serum burned my skin. My face peeled and had burns all over. It was disappointing and painful. I’m client facing and it was embarrassing after using this for one day. The Vitamin C Serum is NOT a good product.

It's a wonderful facial cream. It moisturizes my face. It makes it smooth and soft. No acne breakouts as I struggle with dry skin now. You only need a tip on your finger to apply. It's worth it.

I have sensitive skin and not every product works for me but I had high hopes for this brand since it was made for melanin. My skin has never been drier, my acne completely flared up, and my sensitivity spots around my nose burn after using the vitamin C serum. I took the test they offered and purchased the products recommended. Let’s just say I will not be buying again.

The Serum just didn't work for me. Very disappointed. But I can say that the Shea Butter is MAGIC. I just have to find my groove with these products. I won't give up on my skin or other products BUTTAH has to offer

My last order of Buttah skincare products was October 2023. I stopped using it because I noticed my face was beginning to break out. I recently started up again using the products and sure enough l wake up and my face is broke out. I have never had this problem with your skincare. Don't know if this was a bad batch of the products I ordered.

Buttah has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! I wasn’t sure I’d receive my order due to shipping delays and I explained my situation and they immediately fixed it and I received my order in just 3 days. I couldn't wait to get my package and it came early!!!! I used it right away, and let me tell you my skin has never felt more nuruished and soft!! This is gawd send for a person like me with moderately sensitive skin. The fragrances are very light to none which is awesome. Though I've only used it briefly, I can't wait to continue! Love It!!!

I've been using the Buttah skincare line for 3 years now and have mostly loved everything! I am especially impressed with the toner and wish I could buy those little cotton rounds that come with it. Unfortunately they are not sold separately :( The one disappointment that I've had with the Buttah products is with the Vibe Brush. Every morning I would wash my face in the shower with it and then one morning it just stopped working. Tried replacing batteries and cleaning it but the thing is deader than a doornail. It was so disappointing to pay that much money for a face brush only to have it quit working after a year! I won't be replacing it at that price point though!

I was excited to try this product. I bought it last summer after seeing it on teagif Foxsoul. It is terrible. I tried to give it a chance but no!!! Products are sticky and made me breakout.

I am 56 years old occasionally wore makeup on special occasions. Never had clear and perfect skin due to acne.. actual skin got better in 50’s go figure so I thought I’d buy into a skin care routine and do it right. NOT! My skin broke out with these products. I took skin quiz and everything but stayed with it for 2 months not better..now left with pimple aftermath from the breakout. My take is the ingriendents may fine for someone that is needing certain nourishments but I guess it was overload for me… my answer is if ain’t broke don’t try to fix it. Going back to basics.

At first the the Rosewater Toner had my face looking well for a couple of months then I ended up having a serious face fungus that needed a visit to a dermatologist. My wife also used this product and now having breakouts.

Bought the kit. Nothing smells good. The Vitamin C oil feels like water. Users say it used to be better. Very disappointed. Guess I'll go get some not black owned skin care...

I purchased my kit I’ve used it 3 times! I absolutely love this product, but there is a change the face wash smells funny like dish soap! I will call customer service to find out about a replacement bottle! I pray the new bottle won’t smell funny! I’ll be forced to stop using Buttah skin!!

I used to love getting this product but now I am paying for half of a container. There should be a better way to ship the product since it is so hot or a container that does not leak half of the product before I get to use it. I tried pouring the liquid in the jar but did not recover much. To me it costs too much to lose half of what you paid for. I have gotten products from other companies where the product is not wasted because they shipped it with a cold pack or in a different container. it could be put in a bottle along with the jar so that all of it could be poured into the jar to harden.

I purchased 2 products, shower soap and bar soap for face and body. I just opened bar soap which is black to use in shower and it turned my face cloth black! I'm throwing soap away and requesting a refund.

I’ve noticed the difference in color and texture in the serum. I looks and feels watery… I wish I could post a picture and show the difference…

I ordered Buttah products after hearing about it on FOX SOUL’s TEAGIF. I’m soooooo disappointed. The serum is super oily and created more pimples on my face than helped it. I’m trying to finish the product to give it a chance to work cause I thought my skin needed to get used to it. The serum is really the reason why I bought it and I’m disappointed. I should have reviewed before and after pictures that had dates of progress on them first before buying. I love supporting black businesses but can’t support this one. Never again.

I love all 3 products; the cleanser, vitamin c serum and the coco shea cream. I have been searching for years for the perfect products for my eczema/psoriasis dry and easily irritated skin. The products don't irritate my skin at all. In fact, I have received many compliments over the past month that my skin is glowing. Just ordered my second batch.
