I have not received my order it's been almost a month you have been paid can I please have my order

I just finished a jar of cream and opened a new jar and immediately noticed a different smell. It even has different packaging. I’ve been using this product for at least three years. I bought several a few months back during a sale, but anyways, I do feel and see a difference. My face doesn’t look or feel as moisturized. I don’t mind the smell because it’s similar to Elemis facial cream, but I really hope this doesn’t change the results of my skin. I’ve been a fan for a while now.

I've been using the line for 2 years & my recent September 2025 purchase, something in the formula has changed. The color of the face cleanser is different, the cocoshea revitalizing cream color, smell & moisture has changed. Definitely not the same

I have been using the line for close to two years. I immediately noticed a formula change in my most recent purchase of the cocoa shea butter moisturizing cream. It was not as moisturizing and no longer has amazing smell. So frustrating

I love Butta products. I am 72 with no wrinkles, no sagging skin. Not only does it protects my skin it also feels wonderful. It's so smooth, creamery and silk at the same time. However, I was disappointed in the packaging of the Rose Water Refresher that I received Friday 13th. The top wasn't locked in so it leaked which caused the bottle to be extremely wet and the bubble wrap was soaked. Unfortunately I lost some of the product.

My experience has been life changing. I’ve in my 3rd week and my results is real. my skin feels smooth texture is soft and flawless even my dark patches from shaving is better. So I’m hoping for that to improve. So far I love it! I am a 56 yr old black female that’s been struggling for years using white peoples products. So I’m happy to have found Buttah!

Unfortunately, I haven't seen any significant improvement in my skin using the Buttah products, but only problems. Since I've been using the Buttah products, I've been getting acne outbreaks. Also, you do not have a Customer Service phone contact. I do not want to use a product when I can't get any service to call about questions concerning your products.

The products are ok however I was charged for my second shipment on 4/29/25 and as of 5/16/25 I have not recieved them. I emailed the service address listed on 05/12/25 and gotten no response.

I was initially very excited to try these products, hoping they would help with my acne. Unfortunately, they haven't improved my skin, and I suspect that one of the ingredients is causing dry, itchy patches to develop on my face. Regrettably, I can no longer continue using these products

I love the towels they are very soft and they have helped my skin to be clean. I can’t wait to order more and share with my daughter and granddaughter.

I purchased the cleanser, toner, serum, moisturizer and lip Balm. I have VERY dry skin and lips, and the thick moisturizer (just use a dab) and the lip balm are great. The lip balm saved my life! can see how someone with with oily and combination skin should stay away from the moisturizer. The cleanser and toner are fine, but the serum seems to be a waste of money. As others have said, it’s hard to use/spread across your screen. In the future, I’ll get the kit from Amazon without the serum.

I got the sample pack to try as a first time user. I was so excited to try the products. After couple of days of using it dried out my skin. You can literally see and feel the dryness in my skin. I wanted so much to like the products.

I received order very quickly. Packaging was ok. Rose water spilled in the package. Product could be packaged and shipped better. Not really a fan of the smell. I can’t comment on the products too much as today is my first day using(I will definitely review in 2 weeks) serum doesn’t go on to well as it is a little watery and when I went to run it in it was hard to do so. It was almost too sticky to rub over skin.

I've tried several lip balms and nothing seemed to work. My lips stayed dry and chapped. I took a chance with the Luxe Lip Balm and I'm glad I did. My lips are soft and for the first time this winter not chapped. Thank you for this wonderful product.

I cannot review this product because the sample I paid for and received was ridiculously small. Not enough for me to make a judgement. I would have paid more to get a real trial size. If you’re buy just buy and forget samples they’re a joke. I’m moving on to a company with real trial products.

It broke my skin out. Dry and flaky. Discoloration. Got a huge pimple and I’m 55 yrs of age. Stop stealing ppl’s hard earned money. Doesn’t deserve that 1 star. Do not email me unless you sending me my money back.

Didn’t do much for my skin and the smell of the products I could’ve done without

I purchased the trial size products and everything went well. I noticed that my skin was a little dry I thought it was because it was a new product. Purchased the set and sure enough I broke out. My face was very irritated using this product.

Yes, I try to susupport "My" Black businesses, but listen. Sometimes you need to call a Spade a Spade. I just went through reading all the reviews and I think that the ones rated 5 stars are bogus and lies. Take a good look at the ones that say: "I loved the packaging", "My product arrived on time", "Will purchase again". No, tell me if the product worked. The product for me, Vitamin C Serum, sticky, does not go on well and smells horrible. The very thick Shea butter moisturizer is way too thick for a facial moisturizer, stinks and will clog up your pores. I tried do hard to make this work. Used for weeks and it made me break out and caused dark spots on my chin. I stopped using and my skin went back to normal. Purchased at Macy's, so I returned for a refund. This product is also, way over priced. Please, heed my warning. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

I placed an order & it never was recieved! I called only to find out that it was never even fulfilled. So I asked for the inconvenience what type of compensation will I be getting? The rep said they can refund the amount of shipping but it will put my order at the bottom to be sent out & take longer to get to you. (because it’s already been 10days I’ve been waiting). I said cancel the whole order & refund me money. I don’t even want to START to do business with this company.
