Shipping was super fast. It arrived in 3 days. And the support team was very kind and resolved a minor issue with the payment system.

I have tried many brands and styles of a pair of tights that is forgiving (not too much compression, but some), modest (long enough that if I were wearing only these, I do not think people would think I'm wearing underwear), comfortable (soft, silky fabric), and practical (right size single pocket, well placed). I chose a size M, with 29" waist, 39" hips, and 5'7", 140 pounds. Fit perfectly. I'm sad they seem to be out of this product; I will keep an eye out for whether it comes back, and if it does, I will buy multiples.

Not happy with the overpriced backpack so far but it looks somewhat sleek and cool.

Ordering online is as smooth as it can be. Shipping, however, can be painful. Burton is the only company that ships using FedEx to our house that is late every time. Once, an item was received at our local hub, only to be rerouted back to the East Coast and then returned again. Taking several days longer than expected. In short, rarely does an item from Burton show up on the day it says it's going to; it's always at least a day or two late. Just something we've come to expect.
